What is your turnaround time?

Currently KWS TAT is up to 4 weeks or less! At the moment business days are not including weekends or holidays. Shop is closed all major holidays, we normally post on our FB VIP group ahead of time so you can adjust when ordering! If the post office is closed, we are as well. We are experimenting a NEW TRIAL RUN TAT EFFECTIVE 1/12/24 to try and keep the website open 24/7 the NEW TAT starts the FRIDAY after you make your payment and is over once your item is mailed out. (USPS shipping days are not included in our TAT)

*This means on my end supplies and tees will be ordered on Fridays ONLY!

How much is shipping? 

RIght now, it is a $6 shipping fee and $85 or more is free shipping! For fleece long sleeves shipping is different 1 fleece is $6, but two fleece long sleeves (no matter the size) is $10 (this is due to more weight that comes with them)

How are your shirts made and what brand do you use?

All of our shirts are custom made, I keep options open so you can still order whatever color your heart desires as well as some vinyl color options. They are made with a professional heat press, so you will never have to worry about your vinyl lifting up. We also do DTF (direct to film) designs and use a third party supplier and custom order our designs. Our brands we use are: rabbit skins, gildan softstyle and bella canvas. Sometimes I will add in a new brand but I will announce that first in our VIP.

I seen a lot of designs on the Facebook VIP group, but I don’t see them on the website. How do I order those? 

All of our designs are posted 1-2 weeks before our scheduled drop on our VIP page. Many “exclusive” designs can’t and won’t be advertised on our website. You order those ONLY on our Facebook post in an order thread. Invoicing will still come directly from our website for you to purchase. 

How do I take care of my vinyl or my direct to film transfer tee?

Best way is to wash inside with cold water and tumble dry on low heat or air dry! If you still have wrinkles in your vinyl place a towel over your tee and use the iron setting on low and iron those wrinkles away! (Be sure not to overheat the vinyl or it will lift) *KWS is not responsible for any errors you may cause.

Do you allow returns or exchanges?

Due to every tee being a custom order we do not allow any returns or exchanges. If there is a mistake on my end or due to my error, please feel free to email or personal message me on FB and I can help you out!
